Self-developed dual-cathode stainless steel electrolytic separation cell features smooth electrolyte circulation, enabling simultaneous nitrogen generation and oxygen exhaust via electrolysis. It boasts a large electrolysis area, low cell temperature, high gas output and superior nitrogen purity.
All gas pipelines are made of stainless steel tubes (electropolished and ultrasonically cleaned) to effectively improve gas quality.
Equipped with a unique anti-backflow device to completely eliminate electrolyte backflow inside the instrument.
An independent extra-large liquid storage tank efficiently reduces the operating temperature of electrolyte and extends the water refilling interval.
The instrument is fitted with voltage and current stabilizing modules to deliver stable output flow rate. An automatic tracking system enables fully automatic adjustment of nitrogen flow according to actual consumption, with constant purity supporting continuous long-term operation.
It is integrated with two automatic functions: gas circuit shutdown upon power failure, and automatic gas supply switching once purification is completed.
Stainless steel drying tubes are adopted to avoid damage caused by component aging and eliminate abrasion risks arising from repeated disassembly.
A vent valve is installed. When replacing desiccants, pressure relief via disassembly of the hydrogen outlet is unnecessary; simply open the vent valve for quick and convenient operation.
