Compact and lightweight, it can replace high-pressure hydrogen cylinders and eliminate laborious handling work.
Easy to operate with high automation. High-purity hydrogen can be generated immediately after turning on the power switch.
Equipped with overpressure protection and dual alkali liquid backflow prevention devices to guarantee safe and stable operation without liquid backflow.
Fitted with an automatic tracking and monitoring device for output flow with clear and intuitive LED display. The gas generation and output remain stable; it can continuously produce high-purity hydrogen without purity degradation.
It supports automatic water replenishment with no manual operation required. The unit can run continuously 365 days a year as long as the external water bucket contains water. In addition, the instrument is equipped with fault protection for the automatic water supply system. If the water pump runs continuously for more than one minute without stopping, the system judges a water supply fault. The control board protection unit will cut off power to the water pump and emit a low-frequency "beep-beep-beep" alarm to prevent hidden dangers such as electrolyte overflow caused by long-time pumping, which may damage other equipment.
Built-in hydrogen leakage alarm protection function. When the hydrogen output flow stays at or above the preset alarm threshold for 15 consecutive minutes, the switching power supply will automatically cut off power. The LED digital screen shows "000" together with a high-frequency "beep-beep-beep" leakage alarm tone. The alarm threshold of QPH-S300 is 150 mL/min, and that of QPH-S500 is 250 mL/min.
A special built-in water removal device is adopted, which requires no consumables and features a long service life with stable performance during 24-hour long-term operation.
This instrument adopts a separated structure for electrolytic cell and liquid storage tank. It extends the water replenishment cycle and the service life of the water supply system. Meanwhile, it improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the electrolytic cell to keep the cell temperature low, further prolonging the service life of the electrolytic cell.
A special purification unit is installed inside the instrument to effectively improve gas quality and ensure a stable chromatographic baseline.
