Product Description
QPAL-S5000 zero air generator features compact lightweight design to replace heavy high-pressure zero-air cylinders. Highly automated with easy operation; just connect air source and power to generate 10ppb hydrocarbon-free zero air after catalytic temperature rises. Self-regenerative water removal unit enables fully maintenance-free operation. Dual independent over-temperature protection ensures safe running. Built-in three-stage filter assembly prevents secondary contamination, paired with polished seamless 316 stainless steel gas pipelines for ultra-pure output, widely used for GC, VOC online monitoring, TOC and trace organic testing.
Product Features

Compact and lightweight, it replaces high-pressure hydrocarbon-free gas cylinders and saves the labor of cylinder transportation and handling.

Simple operation and high automation level. Connect the air supply, turn on the power switch, and zero-grade air will be produced once the catalytic temperature reaches the set value.

The instrument is fitted with an auto-regenerative water removal unit that needs no replacement, realizing full maintenance-free operation.

The instrument boasts reliable safety performance with two built-in over-temperature protection systems: one for excessive catalytic temperature, and the other for overheating of the catalytic reactor housing.

A three-stage filter assembly is installed inside the instrument to dry and purify air entering the catalytic reactor, avoiding secondary pollution of cracked hydrocarbon-free air.

All internal gas pipelines adopt clean 316 stainless steel seamless tubes with polished inner and outer walls.
