Equipped with HL-A device to automatically adsorb and remove hydrocarbons, esters, oils and other impurities in air for improved air quality, and it is maintenance-free.
The air storage tank is made of 316 stainless steel with automatic drainage function, which avoids yellow rust water discharge and laboratory contamination.
All gas pipelines are stainless steel tubes processed by electrolytic polishing and ultrasonic cleaning, which effectively improves air purity.
Equipped with dual filters, three-stage purification and two-stage pressure stabilization to achieve high precision of output pressure.
Complete protection devices are configured, including safety valves and high-precision, high-sensitivity pressure controllers.
Stainless steel drying tubes are adopted to prevent damage caused by material aging and eliminate abrasion risks from repeated disassembly.
A vent valve is installed. There is no need to disassemble the outlet for pressure relief when replacing desiccants; just open the vent valve directly for fast and convenient operation.
