1.This integrated hydrogen & zero air generator is exclusively engineered for online VOC monitoring instruments.

2.Compact and lightweight, it replaces high-pressure hydrocarbon-free gas cylinders and eliminates tedious cylinder transportation work.

Hydrogen Section:

1.Simple operation: hydrogen is generated immediately after power-on. Equipped with two-stage overpressure protection for stable and safe operation.

2.The entire gas circuit adopts electrolytically polished and ultrasonically cleaned stainless steel tubes to upgrade gas quality and stabilize chromatographic baselines.

3.Unique automatic anti-liquid backflow structure thoroughly prevents electrolyte reflux inside the unit.

4.Built-in automatic constant pressure and constant current modules deliver steady output flow. The automatic flow tracker adjusts hydrogen output fully automatically based on actual gas consumption, maintaining non-declining purity for uninterrupted continuous operation.

5.Wide barrel-type electrolytic cell adopts imported special precious metal electrolytic materials to boost electrolysis efficiency, stabilize cell temperature and greatly extend the service life of the electrolytic cell.

6.Integrated functions including hydrogen leakage alarm, automatic water replenishment and water supply fault alarm.

Zero Air Section:

1.User-friendly and highly automatic. Connect the air source and power on; zero-grade air will be produced once the catalytic temperature reaches the preset value.

2.Reliable safety design with dual over-temperature protection that automatically cuts off power under overheating conditions.

3.Multi-stage precision internal filters guarantee dry, clean and oil-free air entering the catalytic chamber to avoid secondary contamination of hydrocarbon-free zero air.

4.All internal gas pipelines adopt internally and externally cleaned 316 stainless steel tubing.

5.Multi-stage internal water removal filters deliver outstanding dehydration performance without frequent replacement.

Air Supply Section:

Fitted with HL-A purification unit to automatically adsorb and remove hydrocarbons, esters, oil and other impurities in air for upgraded gas quality, maintenance-free.

Stainless steel air storage tank with automatic drainage design to prevent yellow rust water from contaminating the laboratory.

Electrolytically polished and ultrasonically cleaned stainless steel tubes are adopted for the whole air circuit to effectively improve air purity.

Two-stage pressure stabilization system provides high-precision output pressure.

Comprehensive safety protections including safety relief valve, high-precision high-sensitivity pressure controller and overcurrent protector.

Built-in oil-free compressor fundamentally blocks oil molecules from entering the gas circuit system.
