Product Description
QP-Plus-H series hydrogen generator features easy operation and reliable safety. One-time alkali filling, only distilled water needed for daily replenishment, hydrogen generates instantly after power-on. Electropolished and ultrasonically cleaned stainless steel gas pipelines stabilize chromatographic baseline. Equipped with anti-backflow device to prevent electrolyte leakage. Oversized independent liquid storage tank cools electrolyte and lengthens refilling cycle. Horizontal cylindrical electrolytic cell with imported precious metal material improves efficiency, constant temperature and long service life. Auto constant voltage & constant current plus flow tracking system deliver stable hydrogen without purity degradation for continuous running. Anti-aging stainless steel drying tubes and dedicated vent valve enable quick desiccant replacement without outlet disassembly, ideal for GC, AAS, ICP, research and pharmaceutical testing labs.

Simple operation and safe & reliable performance. Alkali is added once for long-term use; only distilled water needs to be refilled during daily operation, and hydrogen production starts simply by turning on the power switch.

All gas pipelines are made of stainless steel (electropolished and ultrasonically cleaned), which effectively improves gas quality and ensures a stable chromatographic baseline.

Equipped with a unique anti-backflow device to completely eliminate liquid backflow inside the instrument.

A separate oversized liquid storage tank effectively lowers the operating temperature of electrolyte and extends the water refilling interval.

Horizontal cylindrical electrolytic cell with imported special precious metal as electrolysis material. It significantly boosts electrolysis efficiency, maintains constant cell temperature, and greatly prolongs the service life of the electrolytic cell.

He instrument is fitted with automatic constant voltage and constant current modules to deliver stable output flow. An automatic tracking unit enables fully automatic adjustment of hydrogen flow according to actual consumption. It maintains stable hydrogen purity without attenuation and supports continuous operation.

Stainless steel drying tubes are adopted to avoid damage caused by material aging and eliminate abrasion risks from repeated disassembly.

A vent valve is installed. No disassembly of the hydrogen outlet for pressure relief is required when replacing desiccant; simply open the vent valve for fast and convenient operation.
