1、All gas pipelines of the instrument are stainless steel tubes with electrolytic polishing and ultrasonic cleaning, which effectively improve the quality of output air.
2、Stainless steel drying tubes are adopted to avoid damage caused by material aging and eliminate the risk of pipeline wear during disassembly and assembly.
3、Equipped with an exhaust valve. There is no need to disassemble the outlet for pressure relief when replacing desiccant; simply open the exhaust valve for quick and convenient operation.
4、Equipped with HL-A unit, which automatically adsorbs and removes hydrocarbons, esters, oil and other impurities in air to improve air quality with maintenance-free performance.
5、The air storage tank is made of 316 stainless steel with automatic drainage function, preventing yellow rust water from discharging and contaminating the laboratory.
6、Independent compression chamber with unique sound insulation and shock absorption structure, realizing quiet operation and zero resonance.

12、Unique anti-liquid-backflow device completely prevents electrolyte backflow.
13、Independent large-capacity liquid storage tank effectively reduces the working temperature of electrolyte and extends the water refilling interval.
14、Horizontal cylindrical electrolytic cell adopts imported special precious metal as electrolytic material, which improves electrolysis efficiency, keeps constant cell temperature and greatly extends the service life of electrolytic cell.
15、The instrument is equipped with automatic constant pressure and constant current devices to deliver stable hydrogen output flow. Built-in automatic tracking unit can adjust hydrogen flow fully automatically according to actual consumption. The hydrogen purity remains non-degraded for continuous long-term operation.
