Product Description
This oil-free integrated nitrogen-hydrogen-zero air generator uses electrolytically polished, ultrasonically cleaned stainless steel gas pipelines and wear-resistant stainless steel drying tubes fitted with a vent valve for convenient desiccant replacement. Its air section adopts HL-A impurity removal unit, 316 stainless steel self-draining air storage tank, independent compression chamber, triple purification and dual voltage stabilization, full safety components and oil-free compressor to produce clean maintenance-free air. The hydrogen section supports easy operation with one-time alkali filling, exclusive anti-backflow structure, oversized liquid storage tank and imported precious metal horizontal electrolytic cell with automatic constant voltage/current and flow tracking for steady long-time hydrogen output. The nitrogen section applies self-developed dual-cathode stainless steel electrolytic cell with smooth electrolyte circulation, power-off gas cut-off, automatic gas switching

All gas circuits of the instrument adopt stainless steel pipes processed by electropolishing and ultrasonic cleaning, which effectively improves air quality.

Stainless steel drying tubes are used to avoid damage caused by aging and eliminate the risk of abrasion during disassembly.

Equipped with a vent valve. No disassembly of the gas outlet for pressure relief is required when replacing desiccants; simply open the vent valve for quick and easy operation.

A:Air Section

Equipped with HL-A device, it automatically adsorbs and removes hydrocarbons, esters, oil and other impurities from air to upgrade air quality, maintenance-free.

The air storage tank is made of 316 stainless steel with automatic drainage function, which avoids yellow rust water discharge and laboratory contamination.

Independent compression chamber with exclusive sound insulation and shock absorption structure, realizing silent operation and zero resonance.

Dual filters, three-stage purification and two-stage voltage stabilization deliver high precision output pressure.

Complete safety protection configuration: safety valve together with high-precision and high-sensitivity pressure controller.

Built-in overcurrent protector prevents compressor damage from overload and cuts maintenance costs.

Oil-free compressor is applied to fundamentally block oil molecules from entering the gas circuit system.

B:Hydrogen Section

Simple to operate, safe and reliable. Only one-time alkali filling is required; for daily use, merely replenish distilled water, and hydrogen production starts once the power is turned on.

A unique anti-backflow device is installed to completely prevent electrolyte backflow inside the instrument.

The separate extra-large liquid storage tank effectively lowers the operating temperature of electrolyte and extends the interval between water refills.

Horizontal barrel electrolytic cell adopts imported special precious metals as electrolytic materials, which greatly boosts electrolysis efficiency, stabilizes cell temperature and significantly prolongs the service life of the electrolytic cell.

The instrument is equipped with automatic constant voltage and constant current modules to ensure stable output flow rate. Built-in automatic tracking system can fully automatically adjust hydrogen flow according to actual consumption. It maintains constant gas purity and supports continuous long-time operation.

 C:Nitrogen Section

Self-developed dual-cathode stainless steel electrolytic separation cell enables smooth circulation of electrolyte, realizing simultaneous nitrogen production and oxygen exhaust through electrolysis. Featuring large electrolysis area and low cell temperature, it delivers high gas output and higher nitrogen purity.

The instrument is equipped with two automatic functions: automatic gas circuit cutoff upon power failure, and automatic gas supply switching after purification completion.

Fitted with voltage and current stabilizing units for stable output flow. An automatic tracking unit is adopted to fully automatically adjust nitrogen flow based on actual consumption. The nitrogen purity remains stable without attenuation, supporting continuous operation.

A unique anti-backflow device is installed to completely avoid electrolyte backflow inside the instrument.
