This ultra-silent all-in-one nitrogen, hydrogen and zero air generator is equipped with stainless steel drying tubes and a dedicated vent valve to simplify desiccant replacement without disassembly. The air unit is built with HL-A adsorption purification system, rust-free 316 stainless steel auto-drain air tank, independent sound insulation and shock absorption compression chamber for ultra-low noise operation, together with triple purification, dual voltage stabilization, complete safety protection and oil-free compressor. The hydrogen unit features one-time alkali filling, anti-backflow device, large liquid tank and imported precious metal horizontal electrolytic cell with automatic constant pressure, constant current and real-time flow tracking for stable continuous hydrogen supply. Stainless steel drying tubes are adopted to avoid damage caused by material aging and eliminate abrasion risks arising from disassembly operations.

An exhaust valve is equipped. When replacing desiccants, there is no need to disassemble the outlet for pressure relief; simply open the exhaust valve for quick and convenient operation.

A:Air Section

Equipped with HL-A device to automatically adsorb and remove hydrocarbons, esters, oil and other impurities in air, improving air quality with maintenance-free performance.

Adopt 316 stainless steel air storage tank with automatic drainage function, which prevents yellow rust water discharge and laboratory contamination.

Independent compression chamber fitted with unique sound insulation and shock absorption structure, realizing low noise and zero resonance operation.Dual filter configuration with three-stage purification and two-stage pressure stabilization, delivering high precision of output pressure.

Complete protective configurations including safety valve and high-precision & high-sensitivity pressure controller.

The instrument is equipped with overcurrent protector to avoid compressor damage caused by overload and cut maintenance costs.

Oil-free compressor is adopted to fundamentally block oil molecules from entering the gas circuit system.

 B:Hydrogen Section

Easy to operate, safe and reliable. Only one-time alkali filling is required; for daily use, simply replenish distilled water and turn on the power to generate hydrogen.

Unique anti-backflow device ensures zero liquid backflow inside the instrument.

Independent oversized liquid storage tank effectively lowers the operating temperature of electrolyte and extends the water refilling interval.

Horizontal barrel electrolytic cell adopts imported special precious metal as electrolysis material, which greatly boosts electrolysis efficiency, maintains constant cell temperature and significantly prolongs the service life of the electrolytic cell.

The instrument is fitted with automatic constant pressure and constant current units for stable output flow. Equipped with an automatic tracking device, the hydrogen flow rate can be fully automatically adjusted according to actual consumption. It maintains stable hydrogen purity without attenuation and supports continuous operation.

C:Nitrogen Section

Self-developed double-cathode stainless steel electrolytic separation cell enables smooth circulation of electrolyte, with simultaneous nitrogen generation and oxygen removal through electrolysis. It features a large electrolysis area, low cell temperature and high gas output, delivering superior nitrogen purity. 

The instrument is equipped with functions to automatically shut off the gas circuit upon power failure and automatically switch gas supply once purification is completed.

The instrument adopts pressure and flow stabilization units to ensure stable output flow. Fitted with an automatic tracking device, its nitrogen flow rate can be fully automatically adjusted according to actual consumption. The nitrogen purity maintains constant without attenuation, supporting continuous operation.

A unique anti-liquid-backflow device is installed to completely eliminate liquid backflow inside the instrument.
