QPHA-ZD all-in-one hydrogen & zero air generator is customized for online VOC monitoring.
Hydrogen part: Instant hydrogen output after startup with dual overpressure protection. Polished stainless steel pipelines, anti-backflow structure, auto flow tracking and imported precious metal electrolytic cell. Integrates auto water refilling, water fault & hydrogen leakage alarm.
Air part: Maintenance-free HL-A purifier removes organic impurities. Self-draining stainless steel air tank, full stainless steel gas circuit, dual pressure stabilization, multi safety valves and built-in oil-free compressor. Supplies stable high-purity gas for GC, inspection labs and research

This all-in-one online hydrogen & zero air generator is specially developed for online VOC monitoring equipment.

Hydrogen Section:

Simple operation: hydrogen production starts immediately after power-on. Built with secondary overpressure protection for stable and safe operation.

All gas pipelines are electrolytically polished and ultrasonically cleaned stainless steel tubes, which effectively improve gas quality and maintain stable chromatographic baseline.

Unique automatic anti-liquid-backflow design completely prevents liquid backflow inside the instrument.

Equipped with automatic constant pressure and constant current modules for stable output flow. The automatic tracking system fully adjusts hydrogen flow according to actual consumption. Hydrogen purity remains constant for continuous long-term operation.

Wide cylindrical electrolytic cell adopts imported special precious metal electrolytic materials. It boosts electrolysis efficiency, stabilizes cell temperature and greatly extends service life of the electrolytic cell.

Integrated functions including hydrogen leakage alarm, automatic water replenishment and water replenishment fault alarm.

Air Section:

Built-in HL-A unit automatically adsorbs and removes hydrocarbons, esters, oils and other impurities in air to upgrade air quality with maintenance-free performance.

Stainless steel air storage tank with automatic drainage design, eliminating yellow rust discharge that contaminates laboratories.

All gas circuits adopt electrolytically polished and ultrasonically cleaned stainless steel tubing to significantly enhance air purity.

Two-stage pressure stabilization delivers high-precision output pressure.

Comprehensive safety protections: safety relief valve, high-precision high-sensitivity pressure controller and overcurrent protector.

Oil-free compressor prevents oil molecules from entering the gas circuit system at the source.
